SAVOR PATISSERIE
Hi there! I’m Kelli, the Founder + CEO of Savor Patisserie. I created this company out of my sugar-covered Dallas apartment in 2015. I am half-French, have always loved baking, and taught myself how to make macarons. I never dreamed of having a bakery, but I became obessed with baking macarons, and once I started, I never stopped. My background is in Fashion Design, so I use that design background to approach macarons from a fashion perspective, creating new, seasonal collections with a focus on aesthetics, in addition to amazing flavors.
Today, Savor Patisserie employs over 30 people, mostly women and has multiple shop locations across Dallas/Fort Worth. We also ship our award-winning French macarons all over the United States and offer macaron baking classes. Additionally, I regularly present our macarons on QVC.
All of our macarons are gluten free, and we also offer dairy free options. We bake 15 core flavors year-round, along with limited-edition flavors to match the season, holiday or just for fun!
